Blue Tansy
Created with my bucket list essential oil....Blue Tansy. Also known as Blue Chamomile, Blue Roman Chamomile and Moroccan Chamomile. Harvested from the tiny yellow flowers of the leggy plant, the essential oil turns blue during the steam distillation process.
No color has been added to this batch! The rich deep blue color comes through strong in the final bars. The most difficult aromatic profile I've had to write... Fruit forward top notes of blueberry, blueberry jam and more blueberry. Middle notes of mint and camphorous notes similar to eucalyptus. An herbal bottom note rounds out this incredible essential oil profile.
